She may be an international model, wellness entrepreneur—she co-founded KAPOWDER, a supplement range available at Erewhon and Revolve—and new mom to son Rio, but Valentina Ferrer isn’t above sharing her food indulgences and just exactly how wellness has improved her mental state.

“To me, wellness is feeling good from within and taking care of yourself internally. This is how KAPOWDER was born, and it’s meant to be enjoyed as an everyday product. “I LOVE pancakes so much. Another favorite of mine is cereal. I could have them all day every day, all different kinds! I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

“Becoming a mom changed everything. I used to do nothing with my skin—I know that sounds crazy—but once I got pregnant with Rio, I really focused on taking care of my skin and learning which products worked for me.”
Skin-Care Staples:
“Forever a staple of mine is the Mario Badescu facial spray ($7). The Sunday Riley Glow Oil ($80) is also a holy grail that I always make sure to have in my cabinet and I also travel with. My new current favorite is the brand Auteur ($322)—their retinol serum is definitely a must try. Last but not least, I just purchased these facial stainless-steel sticks for the face; I leave them in the fridge and use them every morning and they really help with depuffing.”
Take Two:
“I use all the products from my line. But my top two have to be SAVIOUR ($38), which are delicious drops with probiotics that help me with my gastritis and ENLIGHTEN ($36) helps me stay hydrated after traveling and prior to my workouts. It also has hyaluronic acid, which is great because I’m sometimes able to skip one from my skin-care routine.”
